The next step in our appreciation of whisk(e)y is an in depth look at the cask and how it separates whisk(e)y from all the other spirits available to us.
Do you love the vanilla & coconut from a bourbon barrel or prefer the fruit & nutty flavours from a sherry cask? We will taste some delicious whisky from a number of different barrels and you can decide for yourself.

Old Fashioned on arrival – perfect to sip on while we go over the history/technical stuff
A 1-hour interactive tasting session of 4 different cask finish whiskies hosted by one of our resident 1806 Dram Masters.
