1. Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Table Bookings

For regular table bookings, we require a credit card to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged if you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show.

If your desired date, time, or party size is unavailable, please contact us directly to explore alternative options.

Masterclasses and Ticketed Events

Masterclasses and one-off events must be prepaid at the time of booking. These payments are non-refundable.

Vouchers purchased for masterclasses are non-refundable but can be exchanged for another masterclass of similar value. Vouchers can be redeemed at any time via our regular booking channels.

Consumer Guarantees

We comply with all applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If you experience an issue with a product or service, please notify us, and we will address it promptly.

2. Liability Disclaimer

Alcohol Consumption

Bar 1806 serves alcoholic beverages and encourages responsible drinking. By consuming alcohol at our venue, you acknowledge the risks associated with its consumption, including health and behavioral impacts.

Bar 1806 is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages arising from excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption.

Pricing and Menu Changes

While we strive to maintain accurate pricing on our website and menu, prices may change without prior notice due to seasonal or ingredient availability. If you identify an error, please notify us at drinks@1806.com.au.

Our menu offerings are subject to seasonal changes and ingredient availability, which may result in differences between what is displayed online and what is available in-venue.

3. Intellectual Property

Bar 1806 retains ownership of all content on its website, including text, images, logos, and designs, unless otherwise noted.

We accept cash, credit cards, and EFTPOS payments.

For prepaid bookings or ticketed events, the cancellation and refund policies outlined in Section 1 apply.

Conduct and Dress Code

Bar 1806 reserves the right to refuse entry or service to patrons who engage in inappropriate behavior or fail to comply with our staff’s instructions. Patrons may also be ejected for misconduct.

While there is no strict dress code, we encourage a smart casual dress standard to match the formality of the venue.

Underage Guests

Underage guests are strictly prohibited at Bar 1806, even when accompanied by an adult.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under Victorian law.
