Pisco Sour
A smooth, sharp and refreshing amalgamation of Pisco, fresh lime juice, pineapple and a touch of Peychaud’s bitters. Served Straight Up.
Created by Victor Morris at Morris’ Bar in Lima, Peru. A variation on the already acclaimed Whisky Sour, the Peruvian relative uses local liquor with the addition of the abundant pineapple.

Argentine politician Jose Julian Perez could be found sitting at Morris’ repeatedly sampling this local champion, one evening after a hefty session he exclaimed “… The kitsch! The Creole!
